Change?

Hope for the future,
trumps our bloody, calloused past;
yet, I prefer now.

    Thanks! And, I'm really happy you comment on my little blog now and again.

    I, too, have been misusing the word "haiku". I was corrected: initially, my post was titled "A Haiku". Even though I have a BA in English, I'll let you in on a little secret: I'm a bit of a slacker me-self.
